Are my photos stored or saved?
No. Images are processed entirely in memory and deleted immediately after analysis. We never store or save your photos.
How accurate is the analysis?
The AI uses MediaPipe Pose Landmarker to detect 33 body landmarks with high precision. Metrics are computed from these landmarks. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and consistency between shots.
What kind of photos work best?
Full-body photos with good lighting, minimal clothing, and a consistent pose between before and after shots give the most accurate results. Front-facing shots work best.
Is this really free?
Yes, completely free. The site is supported by ads so we can keep it accessible to everyone.
What metrics does the AI measure?
The AI detects 33 body landmarks and computes: V-taper ratio (shoulder-to-waist), waist change, shoulder width change, arm fullness change, waist-to-height ratio, and shoulder-to-height ratio. Each metric is shown as a percentage change.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. All calculators, the AI trainer, and the body analysis tool work without an account. A free account is only needed if you want to sync your workout and measurement data across devices.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes, the site is fully responsive and works on mobile phones and tablets. Photos taken with your phone camera work well as long as lighting and pose are consistent.
What is the AI Fitness Trainer?
The AI Fitness Trainer is a free chatbot that runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. It answers questions about workouts, nutrition, body composition, and using our tools. Nothing you type leaves your device.
